  7.   Was originally released commercially, but nobody
  8.  bought it. Boo hoo. Oh well, as a special (?) gift
  9.   to everybody in the Comp.Sys.Acorn.Games group,
  10.   I've decided to release it public domain, thus
  11.  saving you a fiver on the release price. (Huzzah!)

  15.    "You know that English cricket team?" asked the 
  16. gruff old space captain.
  17.    "I have observed them." replied the brash young
  18. antigrav pilot.
  19.    "You know their chances against the West Indies?"
  20.    "I have laid long odds on them, yes."
  21.    "That's your chances, that is."
  22.    "Oh buggery."
  23.  
  24.    The oxygen plant was the only thing standing
  25. between the newly colonised underwater sea base 
  26. and extinction. And now a planet wide earthquake has
  27. knocked the filtration units out of sync. Only
  28. one man has the skill and mandatory low intellect
  29. sufficient to pilot the experimental anti grav
  30. equipped shuttle craft around the underwater oxygen
  31. hydrolyser plant and shut down the filter units.
  32. Can you do it? Can you save the station? And can
  33. Ipswich win the cup? These and many less important
  34. questions will be answered in Anti-grav!

  36.    Your ship is equipped with a rudimantary anti
  37. gravity device. It will allow your ship to fall at
  38. a uniform rate. Boosters and magneto coils are also
  39. built in to ensure a smooth ride. 
  40.               
  41.    Carefully land the shuttle on each of the thirty
  42. filter units to save sea base. Nothing can save
  43. Ipswich's chances now that they have sold Dozzel to
  44. Spurs so don't worry about them too much.
  45.  
  46.    There are eight increasingly difficult levels.
  47. Press P for password and then type the four letter
  48. ident code.

  54. Z      = Left. 
  55. X      = Not left. Right in fact.
  56. Return = Thrust. 
  57. "      = Super thrust. 
  58. /      = Magneto Surge (tm). (er, down)

  60.               Functions

  62. P      = Pause / Password.
  63. Space  = Start game.
  64.  
  65.  Pressing P during the game brings up the options
  66.  screen where you can :
  67.  
  68.   a) Unpause.
  69.   b) Switch between stereo sound, music or silence.
  70.   c) Switch between A3010 joysticks and keyboard.
  71.   d) Lose all remaining lives.

  75.     After the ship has just blown up (and it will) 
  76. you will be temporarily invulnerable but only left,
  77. right and normal thrust will operate until the ship
  78. is vulnerable again. And then you can quite happily 
  79. fly too quickly into the ceiling and explode.

  81.     After each unsuccessful mission you will be
  82. given a performance rating in a similar fashion
  83. to a certain space trading game. Remember, the
  84. Dark Wheel are watching you. Avenge your father's
  85. death and discover the meaning behind Raaxla.
  86. Deadly is as close to being dead as it is close
  87. to Milton Keynes. Or somesuch.
